Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Experience Required: Fresh graduates and recent hires with 0-6 months of experience

As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to clients in establishing businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in company registration, licensing, and statutory filings.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for processing and track application status.
  • Guide clients on their statutory obligations and documentation related to business setup.
  • Support the timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
  • Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other tax laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or equivalent field
  • Familiarity with GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices and compliance procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented individual with ability to manage accurate documentation
