Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management specialist to join our team. As an expert in identity lifecycle management, you will have the opportunity to design and implement comprehensive identity solutions using Saviynt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure Saviynt solutions to meet client requirements by analyzing business needs and designing tailored identity solutions.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.
  • Create custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems to enhance system interoperability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities, contributing to the success of projects.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and training materials, supporting the onboarding process for new team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Identity-IGA Domain with minimum 2 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including security and compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing project requirements.
