**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Management Specialist to design, develop and implement enterprise-wide identity and access management solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategic solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ for identity lifecycle management, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and applications.
  • Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, tasks, and connectors to meet business and security requirements, driving process efficiency and compliance.
  • Migrate data, configure Active Directory settings, manage shared folder access and develop Java-based plugins to enhance system functionality.
  • Configure out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors with prominent applications like AD, Azure, Oracle, ServiceNow, CyberArk PAM and others.
  • Implement Self-Service features, password reset/change flows and access certification processes, enhancing user experience and reducing support requests.
  • Build and configure in-built SailPoint tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, correlation and scheduled jobs, ensuring timely execution and optimal performance.
  • Integrate third-party systems using SOAP/REST APIs, JDBC and custom APIs, expanding the scope of system connectivity.
  • Utilize SailPoint APIs to develop custom functionalities and service adapters, streamlining system operations and improving overall efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain custom Java classes and SailPoint build map rules as needed, fostering adaptability and flexibility.
  • Administer the SailPoint platform, including data loading, role creation, certification scheduling, reporting and monitoring logs, alerts and system behaviors, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Contribute to provisioning and access governance by enforcing security and compliance practices, safeguarding sensitive information and preventing unauthorized access.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows and design specifications, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for solution design, code reviews, compliance audits and delivery tracking, facilitating open communication and effective project management.
  • Provide production support, bug fixing, post-implementation testing and debugging, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Support project planning, scope management and regular status updates, ensuring projects stay on track and deliverables are met.
  • Analyze data and validate it before certification processes, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Integrate and manage provisioning across multiple sources, including RDBMS, flat files and manual systems, optimizing system resource utilization.
