Financial Leadership Role

Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for timesheet and billing processes, driving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management
  • Manage and lead the Timesheet & Billing team to achieve high performance standards.
Timesheet and Billing Processes
  • Process timesheets, generate invoices, and prepare monthly hours and sales reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Streamline and optimize billing processes to minimize errors and delays.
Coordination and Communication
  • Effectively coordinate with Payroll, Audit, and Assignment teams to ensure seamless operations.
Financial Management
  • Oversee the submission of miscellaneous invoices and record income/revenue in the accounting system.
Payroll and Billing Adjustments
  • Approve payroll & billing adjustments, credit notes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Audit and Compliance
  • Monitor and respond to audit queries to mitigate risks and maintain a clean audit trail.
Contract Review and Management
  • Review contracts for billing, MSP fees, discounts, payment terms, and other accounting clauses to ensure compliance.
  • Track contract amendments and notify relevant teams to maintain up-to-date records.
Billing Disputes
  • Handle billing disputes from AR & Audit Teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Monthly Checkpoints
  • Ensure timely execution of month-end checkpoints to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

  • In-depth understanding of US billing & payroll processes and regulatory requirements.
