About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Chief of Staff. In this role, you will work closely with the founder on high-priority initiatives that drive our next phase of growth.

This is a strategic position that requires a unique blend of business acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for running experiments across multiple geographies, owning cross-functional projects, and supporting investor relations and key partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Projects: Collaborate with the founder on critical strategic and operational projects that shape our company's future.
  • Growth Experiments: Design and execute experiments across multiple geographies to test adoption pathways and inform product development.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Own and deliver cross-functional projects that require coordination across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Investor Relations: Support investor relations, fundraising, and key partnership initiatives that drive our growth strategy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–6 years of experience in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles.
  • Strong Generalist: A natural ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, thrive in ambiguity, and communicate effectively.
  • Fintech/Crypto Exposure: While not mandatory, exposure to fintech/crypto is a plus.
