Digital Transformation Leadership

The Digital Transformation Head is pivotal in spearheading the organization's digital transformation agenda, ensuring seamless orchestration of delivery across custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions. This role embodies establishing a robust data infrastructure and embedding AI-enabled applications across all IT departments.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Lead Execution: Anchor execution of 3-year digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Enterprise Data Initiatives: Drive development and scaling of data lake infrastructure.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead budget management and strategic planning for Digital IT Team, overseeing investment allocations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration to anchor digitalization and tooling strategies from pilot phases to full-scale development and support.
  • Success Metrics: Establish success metrics for Digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Technology Initiatives: Lead technology initiatives by overseeing delivery of COTS and custom IT solutions, championing design thinking and agile methodologies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • AI-Enabled Applications: Embed AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation.
  • Data Infrastructure: Develop and maintain robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Software Engineering Practices: Anchor software engineering practices and enable delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with Digital Delivery departments.
  • Innovation Projects: Establish metrics to evaluate success of innovation projects and report findings to senior leadership.
  • Strategic Compliance: Ensure strategic compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.
  • Future-Ready IT Teams: Lead development of future-ready IT teams with focus on emerging digital technologies including AI and Cloud.
