About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, curating approaches to meet those needs, and estimating efforts around multiple approaches. They will also develop and customize various CRM components, implement integrations with external systems, and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Developing and customizing various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implementing integrations with external systems.
  • Coding skills in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
