Customer Support Specialist
At Dabba, we are on a mission to provide affordable, high-speed internet across India. We leverage innovative technologies like DePIN and Web3 to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer support via calls, chats, or email, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues related to our devices, backhauls, or connectivity faults.
- Guide customers through device activation steps, including the Dabba Lite onboarding process and interaction with local cable operators for deployment.
- Respond to sales inquiries with relevant information about hotspots (Dabba Lite, etc.), including pricing and rewards systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate leads and follow-up on potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools—documenting recurring concerns, resolution steps, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ISP or networking-related customer support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, with a positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Flexibility to work a 6-day week schedule.
