We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretarial Associate to join our team in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience and be qualified or semi-qualified as a Company Secretary.
Responsibilities will include handling corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of companies, organizing board meetings, and preparing documents for AGMs, EGMs, and board resolutions.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up bank accounts for clients and assisting with statutory and compliance obligations.
Desirable skills include experience working with corporate laws and regulations, knowledge of company secretarial practices and procedures, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of legal and cosec experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
