Technical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in team management and software development to join our organization. This role will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, mentoring teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fundamental data structures and algorithms, as well as experience working with relational databases and cloud-based development practices.

A great communicator is essential, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, who has experience managing Monolithic & Microservices architectures, and knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Mentor teams and provide technical guidance
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software development and team leading exposure
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, Azure services and Angular front end
  • Strong knowledge of database optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with DevOps (Azure VM's, VMSS and DB's), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineering Graduate with software solution design experience
  • Experience in managing Monolithic & Microservices architectures
  • Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques (React, Angular, or Blazor)
  • Technical certifications would be an added advantage
  • Experience with AI-driven performance optimization strategies
