About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Governance Architect to aid our multiyear efforts for transition towards a highly scalable and modern platform. Our current environment has been shaped by numerous successful mergers and acquisitions, intricate global and regional business processes, legacy components, and significant volumes of data.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in leading identity governance platforms, as well as strong knowledge of directory services and federation technologies. Experience with cloud identity solutions, security architectures, and regulatory compliance requirements is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the implementation of various identity governance capabilities including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, user provisioning, access reviews, access requests, etc.
  • Create detailed architecture documentation and provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of policies, authentication mechanisms, authorization frameworks, service account management, CI/CD pipelines for identity governance, target application integrations, privileged access management integrations, and access governance across the enterprise.
  • Develop identity governance roadmaps aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
  • Analyze the current identity governance infrastructure to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Develop identity governance policies and standards, and ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations.
