Key Human Resources Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to fill this crucial position.

This individual will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

  • Develop Strategic HR Initiatives: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's growth and success.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business needs and foster a positive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Develop recruitment strategies, oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, and identify training and development needs for employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement activities.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
  • HR Systems and Operations: Manage HR systems, processes, and operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
