- Build a pipeline of prospective franchise partners and maintain accurate tracking.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Represent our brand values and business ethics.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on franchise acquisition progress.
Requirements
">- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of franchise model and motivation of a potential franchisee.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially in Excel.
Experience
">- 7-10 years of experience in franchise sales, development, and management in the retail sector.
- Proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities.
- Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements.
