Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Director to lead our manufacturing strategy and oversee the smooth operation of our factory. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing operational strategies, and driving business growth.

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Operations Director will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term manufacturing strategies that align with our company's overall goals. This includes analyzing operational factors, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will also lead and empower all departments, including production, procurement, project management, quality assurance, technical support, service, design, stores, and IT. They will direct these teams towards organizational goals, set key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department, and ensure they work collaboratively to achieve common objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful manufacturing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
