Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented MEP Procurement Specialist to join our team at Mepa2z Llp.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP materials and services that align with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project and engineering teams to forecast MEP procurement needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage with reliable suppliers and vendors for MEP components.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to ensure competitive and cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels of MEP supplies and place orders in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain cost control strategies and oversee the budget for MEP procurement to optimise spend and avoid excess stock.
  • Ensure all procured MEP materials meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic assessments to ensure vendors adhere to Mepa2z Llp's quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  • Generate procurement reports and present insights on lead times and vendor performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in MEP procurement, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
