We are seeking a seasoned Uniform Procurement Specialist to join our team at UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING. The ideal candidate will possess experience in sourcing and procuring high-quality uniforms for the hospitality industry, specifically from hotels and restaurant backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage suppliers for uniforms, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop strong relationships with uniform vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Work on budgeting and cost control to procure high-quality uniforms at optimal prices.
- Ensure uniforms meet industry standards in terms of durability, comfort, and aesthetics.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with various departments to fulfill uniform requirements.
- Ensure procurement processes align with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-10 years of experience in uniform procurement, preferably in the hospitality (hotels/restaurants) industry.
- Prior experience working with hotels, fine dining restaurants, or QSR brands.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field is preferred.
