Event Planning & Execution

  • Leads planning and execution of internal events: town halls, offsites, engagement programs, and leadership sessions.

  • Manages event logistics, communication, budgeting, and feedback.

  • Collaborates with HR, L&D, and leadership to align event goals with team culture and business milestones.

Compliance Coordination

  • Owns internal compliance calendars (ISO, CMMI, audits, documentation).

  • Ensures SOPs, policies, and audit requirements are up-to-date and accessible.

  • Coordinates internal audits, evidence collection, risk logs, and action item closure.

Reporting & Governance

  • Develops dashboards and trackers for assets, compliance, events, and procurement.

  • Provides weekly and monthly reporting to the Head of Operations.

  • Highlights risks, blockers, and opportunities to improve internal processes.

You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in operations, admin, compliance, or event management.">
  • Strong vendor negotiation and multi-tasking abilities.">
  • Proven experience in managing internal processes and delivering cross-functional programs.">
  • Solid documentation, tracking, and reporting skills.">
  • Exposure to ISO/CMMI frameworks is a plus.">
