Account Payable Analyst Job Description:

Hatch is looking for a highly motivated Account Payable Analyst to join our Shared Services group in Gurugram – Delhi NCR. As an Account Payable Analyst, the role involves timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims for Germany.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of 200 documents per week, ensuring completeness of documentation and approvals.

• Conduct audits, verify accuracy, handle foreign exchange matters, communicate with staff to resolve issues, and perform data entry in the Read Soft and SAP system.

• For more complex issues, refer to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, and prepare adjusting journal entries.

Requirements:

• Hold a 3-year Community College certificate in accounting and have a strong command of the German language.

• Possess 3 years of experience in payables and ERP/SAP processes within a German context.

• Be skilled at breaking down complex issues into manageable components.

• Thrive in high-volume work environments.

• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Have an outgoing and friendly personality.

• Be familiar with SAP and Excel.
