Branch Office Leader

  • Oversee the administration and daily operation of a full-service branch office, managing lending, product sales, customer service, security, and safety in line with the bank's objectives.
  • Contribute to business growth through strategic development initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a sales-driven culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation.
  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets by driving new business, referrals, and account retention.
  • Maintain an annual operating plan for the financial year, preparing and tracking product-wise performance.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly reviews of outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Develop and review a monthly activity calendar for business development managers and sales officers on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers acquired.
  • Cross-sell products to new and existing customers, aiming for three product sales within 90 days of account opening.
  • Facilitate daily morning huddles to discuss employee plans and agendas.
  • Monitor inflow and outflow of reports, including account closures, openings, and fixed deposit renewals/closures.
