Hotelogix Sales Development Representative Spanish
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative Spanish to join our team at Hotelogix India Private Limited. As a Sales Development Representative Spanish, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the South American market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and penetrate new relationships with Enterprise and medium-sized companies and agencies in the South American market.
- Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with prospects through phone calls and email communication.
- Develop relationships at all levels, from General Manager to IT teams, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Qualify and allocate leads for our sales team to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Work closely with our sales team to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Hotelogix offerings to provide valuable insights to our customers.
- Manage company records and data entry into our CRM system.
- Provide feedback to improve our marketing and sales strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Candidates with proficiency in Portuguese are preferred.
- Previous experience in Spanish voice or non-voice-based processes is a plus.
- Candidates with a background in hospitality are preferred.
- BA/BS degree or any graduate with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
- Fresher or 1-year inside sales experience selling software or software-as-a-service is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to reach the right person in an organization.
- Great listening skills and a desire to learn consultative selling techniques.
- High-energy and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high quality of work.
- Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, with a willingness to work within a team environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios.
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads.
- Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling, and closing experience is desired.
- Knowledge of email marketing software or other SAAS or CRM systems is a plus.
