Job Description

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences across our Edtech content platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to transform complex problems into elegant solutions that empower scientists, educators, and learners globally.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless user experiences.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces that align with our vision of delivering best-in-class research and education tools.
  • Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and validate ideas.
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for maximum impact.
  • Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Leverage data, usability findings, and market trends to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality expectations.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization, championing the voice of the customer at every stage.
  • Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate our user experience.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or digital content platforms, and a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process.
