We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Visual Design Strategist. As a senior member of the design team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing high-quality visual assets for various media channels, including print, digital, video, social media, email, outdoor, and interactive platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and effective visual designs that meet business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop strategic communications plans and campaigns.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create professional and cost-effective visual design concepts that support business needs.
  • Ensure consistency of visuals, language, tone, and content throughout all design work by managing branding and brand standards properly.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least 10+ years of experience, demonstrated expertise, and a relevant creative degree.

Essential Skills:

  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Products, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Proficient in developing industry-leading visual design concepts that meet business goals.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to convey design strategy to customers and stakeholders.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across diverse channels and mediums, including digital formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to modify/iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Passion for clean design, love of typography, and knowledge of color theory.
