Job Title: Microsoft Endpoint Manager Architect

As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) solutions to efficiently manage and secure endpoints. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration with other tools and platforms.

  • Design and implement MEM migration from existing systems, such as CyberArk and similar tools.
  • Implement advanced analytics within MEM and integrate it with Windows Autopilot Enterprise Level Roadmap & Enforcements.
  • Deploy, administer, and support MEM across the organization.
  • Advise on the benefits of using MEM and compare it with other technologies.
  • Contribute to preparing Long-Term and High-Level documents.
  • Review and validate Azure HD/Hybrid requirements.
  • Familiarize with various use cases for Autopilot and their applicability in different scenarios.
  • Experience in designing, setting up, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop OS deployment with Azure/Microsoft 365.
  • Configure Autopilot settings within MEM.
  • Manage Windows 10/11 OS deployment and update distribution using Mobile Device Management.
  • Expertise in Windows 10 Deployment Rings and application management.
  • Creation of provision profiles, configurations, and security profiles.
  • Define Strategy & Migration approach for Co-Management.
  • Enable Co-Management as per the approved design.
  • Familiar with App Package functionalities, administration, and App Life cycle management.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on experience with MEM EPM and migration from other tools.
  • Experience in MEM Advance analytics and implementation.
  • Real-time experience in Windows Autopilot Enterprise Level Roadmap & Enforcements.
  • Knowledge on all security Baselines Device & Applications Control ID & Vulnerability management.
  • Good understanding of Cloud services & Tenant management.
  • Familiar with analyzing and implementing GPO/Device Configuration policies using MEM.
  • Good knowledge of firewall/network/ports management.
