We are seeking an experienced Flow-Through Tax Specialist to fill a challenging role in Bangalore, India.

Job Description

This position involves providing tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse base of flow-through clients across various industries, including Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, and Private Equity.

The successful candidate will manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality products timely and efficiently, minimizing federal, state, and local tax liability for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client engagements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products
  • Collaborate with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability
  • Supervise tax associates and manage the day-to-day delivery of tax compliance and consulting services to clients
  • Develop and motivate tax associates by providing counseling, leadership, and career guidance

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with flow-through taxation is essential
  • Industry experience in Financial Services, Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Wine Industry is highly valued
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills are required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
  • Accountable project management skills with the ability to develop staff are necessary
  • Proactive thinking and a strong desire to learn are valuable traits
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with colleagues and clients are crucial
