Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Corporate Tax expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing critical support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly tax provisions, corporate and state tax returns, and specialized tax workflows.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tax Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly tax provisions, including journal entries, reconciliation of deferred balances, and other tax reconciliation processes.
  2. Taxpliance: Prepare corporate and state tax returns, update and reconcile software, and support compliance audits.
  3. Specialized Tax Workflows: Execute workflows for various deferred balances, refresh ledger-based tax reports, and ensure continuity and accuracy in tax provision reporting.
  4. Regulatory Reporting: Prepare tax workpapers for quarterly regulatory reporting deliverables.
  5. Process Improvement & Technology Enablement: Identify opportunities to streamline tax processes and controls, design and implement workflow automation, and leverage data analysis and reporting tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of local and international tax laws.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with tax software and financial systems.
  • Familiarity with OTP/TPO systems.
