Senior AI Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Senior Agentic AI Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative, cutting-edge agentic AI solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks. Your expertise in architecting and building robust backend systems will enable seamless interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.

You will also be empowered to drive technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of our AI platform. To achieve this, you will utilize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents, as well as develop sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers, is essential for success in this role. Your commitment to writing clean, well-documented, and testable code will ensure adherence to best practices.

Additionally, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies will enable you to make informed decisions and drive innovation.

Required Skills:
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems independently.
  • Proven expertise in Python programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain framework.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient in Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both Structured Query Language (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
