Agentic AI Systems Architect

This is a high-level technical leadership role focused on designing and implementing agentic AI systems within AWS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop highly scalable and secure agentic AI solutions using AWS services.
  • Define effective multi-agent orchestration strategies for clinical data workflows to drive business outcomes.
  • Evaluate trade-offs between LLM-based reasoning, rules engines, and hybrid AI architectures to inform system design decisions.
  • Build and integrate complex AI-powered solutions using established frameworks and tools.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams of AI engineers, developers, and DevOps professionals in agent-based designs.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical subject matter experts, compliance teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3–5 years in cloud-native AI architecture.
  • Proven expertise with AWS AI stack: Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend Medical, Textract, Kendra, Lex.
  • Strong knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and their application in healthcare/life sciences.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration and multi-agent pipeline development.
  • Background in healthcare/life sciences AI solutions with understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and solution governance skills.
