**Job Title:** Salesforce Technical Architect

About the Role:

  • As a seasoned architect, you will lead technical design sessions to create scalable, maintainable solutions that adhere to industry best practices.
  • You will serve as the technical authority on the Salesforce platform, guiding project teams and mentoring junior architects and developers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants to define and refine business and technical requirements.
  • Design and oversee complex integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other integration patterns.
  • Conduct code and design reviews to ensure solution quality and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of FSC's data model, features, and capabilities, advising on both out-of-the-box solutions and custom development.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 5 years in a Technical or Solutions Architect role.
  • Mandatory and significant experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations for at least 2 projects.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies : Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing/visibility models.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Financial Service Cloud and/or System Architect certifications are highly preferred.
