Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the end-to-end technical stack, encompassing backend services, frontend interfaces, and AWS cloud infrastructure.">
  • Leading the design and implementation of backend services, APIs, and full-stack product features.">
  • Partnering with architects and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.">
  • Influencing architectural decisions around scalability, performance, and maintainability.">
  • Championing engineering best practices including code quality, testing, CI/CD, and performance tuning.">
  • Developing robust backend systems using Ruby on Rails or Python/Django.">
  • Contributing to frontend development using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3.">
  • Building RESTful APIs and microservices integrated with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.">
  • Developing and deploying services using AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation etc.).">
  • Leading and mentoring a team of engineers during sprints and releases.">
  • Collaborating with global, cross-shore teams to ensure timely and aligned deliveries.">
  • Providing technical mentorship and support to junior/mid-level developers.">
  • Encouraging a strong engineering culture with a focus on clean code, learning, and feedback.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.">
  • Proficient in Ruby on Rails or Python/Django.">

  • Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.">
