Global SAP Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving change requests and incidents related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing or supporting at least two of the following SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, Learning Management System, Performance and Goals Management, and Compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.
- Configure and resolve integration issues for global issues.
- Document configurations and business processes.
- Assist in uploading MDF and other objects, form template changes.
- Implementation or support experience in at least two of the following SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, Learning Management System, Performance and Goals Management, and Compensation.
- Experience or knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Knowledge in integrations within SuccessFactors and SF to SAP and vice versa, other 3rd party systems.
- Basic knowledge in SAP HCM - Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland).
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams for custom requirements.
- 4 years of work experience required.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Able to deliver assigned work packages.
