Principal SAP Vertex Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Vertex Consultant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, ensuring uptime and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving incidents and performing root cause analysis
  • Ensuring uptime and performance of the system
  • Working with SAP consultants and tax subject matter experts on vertex integration with S/4 HANA including testing and defect management
  • Implementing, testing and maintenance of JAVA, J2EE, Applications as JAVA Application developer and Vertex Consultant
Requirements:
  • Vertex certified with 2-3 end to end cycles of Vertex implementation e.g., sales tax, use tax, GST, VAT
  • Good experience working with SAP consultants and Tax subject matter experts on vertex integration with S/4 HANA including testing and defect management
  • IT Experience in Implementing, Testing and maintenance of JAVA, J2EE, Applications as JAVA Application developer and Vertex Consultant
  • Excellent knowledge in Tax domain and Vertex software – 6.0, 8.0, 9.0
  • Experience in point of Sale and Vertex Tax management, CRM applications, Sales Audit system, merchandize management system and financial management and reconciliation applications
  • Work Experience in EPICOR sales audit, JDA merchandize and E-commerce applications
  • Expertise in ETL jobs (SQL server Integration services, IBM data stage and SAP BODS). Tidal Enterprise Scheduler
  • Excellent hands-on experience in E2E testing on Vertex
  • Experience on Tax reconciliation
  • Experience on store creation in Vertex
