Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Senior Technology Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other applications.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless collaboration and document management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define SharePoint/OneDrive site architecture, navigation, and security settings.
  • Develop and implement governance policies, best practices, and standards for SharePoint/OneDrive usage and content management.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SharePoint/OneDrive functionality.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of SharePoint/OneDrive sites and services, including implementing backups, disaster recovery, and security measures.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in managing SharePoint environments, as well as strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft 365 administration, configuration, and integration, including PowerShell scripting.

Bonus Skills:

Nice to have skills include experience with SharePoint migration projects, strong knowledge of SharePoint security principles and best practices, and proficiency in administering and configuring the Microsoft Power Platform Suite and its licensing model.
