Demand Generation Manager

This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth by bridging the gap between marketing and sales. You will collaborate with the inside sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate leads and accelerate the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate leads and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Campaign Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing, leveraging email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Content Development: Develop compelling content for webinars, white papers, blogs, and social media to engage prospects and support sales outreach.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, ensuring alignment with sales goals and driving attendee engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B demand generation and sales support.
  • Proven experience collaborating with inside sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
