We're looking for a skilled professional to develop and execute the annual business strategy for our food services segment. This role involves driving revenue growth from new large accounts and existing clients.

About the Role:
  • Develop strategic plans for the segment, aligning with our overall business development goals.
  • Set targets for key and other accounts within the segment, identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Support the Strategy and Technical Advisory team in developing strategies for tapping new growth opportunities within the segment effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
  • Formulate the business development plan for the segment, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Set measurable targets for business development, focusing on key and other accounts within the segment.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities for the organization within the segment.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Technical Advisory team to develop effective strategies for tapping new growth opportunities.
Financial Management:
  • Support the Head of Business Development in creating an annual budget for the business development team.
  • Conduct regular budget reviews to track and control adherence to the segment-wise budget.
  • Develop action plans to manage deviations, if any, and ensure financial performance is in line with targets.
  • Monitor sales growth and profitability against targets for the segment.
Operational Execution:
  • Lead the acquisition of large accounts within the segment by guiding the design of winning proposals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion within the segment.
