Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing high-impact digital assets, driving innovative strategies to amplify our online presence, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee digital assets for TEDxGateway and EDGE, including websites, Google ads, online ads, and paid ads, ensuring effective online presence and targeted outreach.
  • Optimize ad campaigns and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain consistent brand representation across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage email campaigns and mailers, from creation to deployment, collaborating with marketing and creative teams to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Oversee the editing, maintenance, and optimization of websites for TEDxGateway and EDGE, ensuring seamless user experiences and peak performance.
  • Manage web servers and backend operations, implementing best practices to enhance website functionality, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure coordinated efforts and effective implementation of digital strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies to drive growth and engagement for TEDxGateway and EDGE.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and technologies, applying new insights to enhance digital operations and strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital platforms to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through digital channels, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital asset and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in digital marketing, advertising, or operations, ideally within events or media-related industries.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing digital operations and advertising campaigns, preferably for high-profile or high-volume digital platforms.
  • Expertise in email marketing and proficiency in managing mailers, with a deep understanding of segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with website management, backend operations, and a solid grasp of content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly tech-savvy, with an in-depth understanding of digital marketing tools, ad platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all digital assets for TEDxGateway and EDGE are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while delivering top-notch digital solutions.
