Job Title: Architectural Project Leader

 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced architectural project leader to oversee the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive architectural and master planning projects. This individual will lead a team of experts in delivering high-quality outputs and timely project delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with experience in real estate and luxury villas. They will be responsible for direct architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects
  • Project leadership, feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, meetings management, consultant review, standards compliance, reporting, proposals, cross-disciplinary collaboration, regulatory adherence, site oversight, design solutions, and final inspections

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They will be proficient in advanced software tools such as SketchUp, Revit, and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of USGBC guidelines.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning (advantageous)
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software tools
