Job Title: Architectural Project Lead

The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to ensure the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion.

This individual will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate communication, track progress, and ensure project deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Project and Production Management for assigned teams.
  • Client relationship management and servicing.
  • Ensuring effective working relationships with clients.
  • Attending client briefings, taking approvals, and seeking inputs as the single point of contact.
  • Responsible for developing detailed project briefings after capturing all requirements.
  • Managing CRM and updates.
  • Generating invoices on time and realizing payments.
  • Developing project implementation and delivery plans in coordination with team leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a project manager or similar role.
  • Excellent client servicing and accounts management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is beneficial.
