Drive Business Growth with Performance Marketing Expertise

We are seeking an exceptional Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead high-impact campaigns and drive strategic growth initiatives.

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across digital platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance to enhance return on investment (ROI) and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Lead the testing of creative assets, including ad copy, visuals, and formats, to discover innovative marketing approaches
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform budget allocation and audience targeting decisions
  • Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives

For this role, we require:

  • 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands
  • A proven track record of managing international campaigns
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, complemented by creativity and strategic thinking
  • The ability to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution, from concept development to implementation
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with a strong influence on business direction
