In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, managing employee engagement, training, and career development programs, handling performance appraisals, compensation, and benefits administration, driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, supporting payroll processing, attendance tracking, and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and handling employee queries and support engagement activities.

You will also work closely with our leadership team to ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies, manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution processes, collaborate with trade unions and employee representatives on negotiations, handle disciplinary actions, dispute resolutions, and workplace investigations, and keep up-to-date with industrial relations trends and legislative changes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, minimum 10+ years of experience in HR & IR roles, strong understanding of HR functions, labor law compliance, union negotiations, and employee relations, proficiency in HRMS software, communication, and problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
