Hiring: HR Executive

Job Description:

Indipower Steel Works Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to support HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR policies, payroll processing and labour law compliance, performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee queries and support engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR databases and assist in performance evaluations.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5+ years in HR operations or related roles.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR functions, labour law compliance, and employee relations.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HRMS software, communication, and problem-solving.
