Job Title: Equity Dealings Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating orders, placing trades and monitoring execution to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will work closely with portfolio managers to understand their investment strategies and provide market intelligence to inform their decisions.



Core Responsibilities:
  • Generate and place orders in accordance with portfolio manager instructions using Wealth Spectrum.
  • Monitor and manage multiple custodian, non-custodian clients and NRI clients for PMS trades.
  • Coordinate with PMS Operations team for relevant post-trade formalities.
  • Participate in IPOs, buybacks and OFS deals on a case-by-case basis.
  • Run deviation reports and quarterly rebalancing PMS client portfolios to align with model portfolios with minimal or nil deviation.
  • Update daily cash levels, trade status and provide market intelligence to portfolio managers.
  • Assist in providing inputs from a dealing perspective to Principal Officer while framing/modifying PMS policies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with strong knowledge of equity dealings functions (buy side) especially in a PMS setup. The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of Wealth Spectrum from a dealer perspective. Familiarity with Bloomberg and basic functionalities such as EMSX and PORT functions is also required. Research and analytical skills are essential for this role.
