Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant

As a key contributor to our data integration team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to our cutting-edge platform. Your expertise in data conversion and migration will be instrumental in driving business success.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of multiple source systems to identify optimal data conversion strategies.
  • Create complex EIBs and Advanced Loads to validate and transform data into the Workday system.
  • Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to rectify anomalies and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and leverage innovative data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliver results-driven outcomes.
Your Profile
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hold active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional).
  • Demonstrate proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Display a strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Evidence exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Showcase excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
