Job Overview:

This role is responsible for leading KYC Quality Assurance initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) matters and 3+ years of experience in KYC operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Reviewing KYC files on a sample basis to ensure adherence to QA methodology">
  • Performing accurate and consistent QA checks on KYC files across multiple locations, business areas, and client types">
  • Identifying risks within KYC documentation and ensuring issues are remediated and/or escalated accordingly">
  • Partnering with CLM & AFC QA teams to improve KYC standards">
  • Supporting continuous improvement programs through QA testing results, root cause analysis, and thematic issue resolution">
  • Sustaining a culture of teamwork and collective achievement of departmental goals and objectives">
  • Contributing to forward-looking strategies for QA, including AI, machine learning, and process re-engineering">
