  • Oversight of administrative functions including job postings, candidate screening, payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, office policies, procedures, meeting coordination, filing systems, record keeping, budgeting, expense tracking, employee records, HR policies, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
