System Expert Position

Synopsis:

We seek a seasoned system professional to lead our technical operations. As a senior system expert, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality technical support and efficient system performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of engineers to provide timely technical support and resolve system issues.
  • Monitor system performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance and enhance system reliability.
  • Develop and maintain incident response procedures and protocols to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement automation tools and processes to streamline support operations.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in site reliability engineering principles and practices.
  • Strong background in system administration, networking, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
