The Wysa AI Digital companion is our core product, around which we have a huge suite of tools, products, and programs. We use the MERN stack heavily, and python for our ML and NLP and are constantly iterating on our use of generative AI across business and end user products as well as internal devX. We also use a plethora of other technologies based on the use case, e.g. s3-athena-glue-quicksight for our business insights dashboards. Exclusively on the cloud, our servers are primarily on AWS, fronted by cloudflare.

1. B2C - A Total userbase of 6Million+, spread across 100+ countries
2. B2B and Enterprise Clients - 70+ clients globally 
3. B2G (Business to govt.), where Wysa is part of govt. initiatives or is offered as a service to Govt. employees - this is currently active in India, UK, and Singapore)

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Has a total of 6+ Years of experience with at least 2-3 years in leadership role, leading a team of 4+ developers
2. You have a knack for solving problems involving providing the service to users at scale while ensuring 100% uptime
3. You are able to lead a team of developers to fulfill the organization's goals while also keeping their wellbeing as a priority
4. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, juggling multiple parallel projects and you have a strong sense of judgment for prioritization and tradeoffs
5. You are familiar with working with the cloud, have a deep understanding of networking and security

Technical Expectations

1. Proficiency working with MERN stack on complex applications
2. Linux Administration
3. Cloud architecture - design and ops
   1. AWS & AWS cloudformation
   2. Designing CI/CD systems
   3. Strong understanding of secure cloud application networking and design
4. Designing data architecture
   1. Experience with analytics and ETL
   2. MongoDB
   3. Relational database design
5. Developer experience tools.

Your first 30 days

1. Understand Product/Tech landscape come up to speed how we serve different regions and our product offerings, understand deployment and infrastructural elements and core product capabilities
2. Get to know your teams - Who the key stake holders are - people who you would be leading, understand their competencies/strengths
3. Get actively involved in the execution side of work pipelines - from requirement funnel to how its translating to a solution blueprint, leading teams towards quality execution & planning with a customer centric usable design approach. Lead one project end-to-end planning solution architecture-delivery

Your first 90 days

1. Get into fast prototyping for evaluating options and be the team champion leading from the front, unblock and  drive to make ambiguous requirements clear for execution
2. Actively lead the career development process for the team
3. Manage stakeholders & foster collaborative and excellence oriented delivery  culture within the teams - establish processes to achieve this goal
