Job Title : Tech Lead C/C++ & : Gurgaon / Bangalore (Hybrid 3 Days Work from : 68 Type : Full-Time (Permanent Role)

Job Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Tech Lead with expertise in C/C++ and Golang, preferably in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of high-performance telecom software solutions, optimize applications for cloud-native environments using Kubernetes, and mentor team members to ensure scalable and maintainable code.


Key Responsibilities Leadership & Design :


- Lead the architecture and design of complex software modules using C/C++ and Golang.

- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

- Contribute to architectural reviews and technology Development & Engineering :

- Develop, test, and debug high-performance, low-latency code for telecom-grade systems.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Optimize and integrate applications in Linux-based & Cloud-Native Operations :


- Design and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.

- Troubleshoot deployments and ensure high availability in cloud environments.

- Apply cloud-native principles to improve scalability and resource Domain Focus :


- Work with telecom standards (4G/5G, IMS, VoIP, SDN/NFV, SIP, RTP, Diameter).

- Address challenges in performance, security, and real-time data flow within telecom & Collaboration :


- Provide technical guidance and code reviews for engineers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and Tuning & Optimization :


- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement fixes across C/Go services.

- Use tools like Valgrind, GDB, and shell scripts for Skills & Qualifications :


- 68 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Proficiency in C/C++, including OOP, multi-threading, IPC, and networking.

- Solid working knowledge of Golang (Goroutines, channels, concurrency).

- Minimum 34 years of experience in the telecom industry.

- Strong experience with Kubernetes and Linux environments.

- Familiarity with tools like GDB, Valgrind, and shell scripting.

- Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and version control (Git).

- Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
