Role: Tech Lead – Middleware Administrator Location: Offshore/India Who are we looking for? We are looking for 10+ Years of Tech Lead – Middleware Administrator , A Middleware Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of middleware technologies that connect software applications and systems.
They ensure seamless communication and data exchange between different applications and services.
This includes tasks like troubleshooting, security implementation, performance monitoring, and documentation.
Tech Stack: o IBM WAS (8 & 9) o IBM MQ o IBM MQ Advanced (RDQM) o Apache Tomcat o Tom EE o Java (IBM / Open Source adopt) o IBM web server o IBM Data Power o IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) o Apache Webserver o Oracle Web Logic – Limited to vendor managed appliances and no major items to deal with.
o Microsoft IIS o Site Minder –RSA o VDS (Virtual Directory Server) o IBM WAS Liberty o AWS API Gateway o Integration Microservices (Spring boot) o Oracle Documanage Bridge o Oracle Documaker o Actuate o MS Visual Studio o Win SCP o Adobe Technical Skills: · Strong Middleware for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of middleware technologies that connect software applications and systems Key Responsibilities: · Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring middleware software and components according to business requirements and best practices.
· Management: Managing various layers of middleware software, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
· Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to middleware infrastructure.
· Security: Implementing and maintaining security configurations and protocols for middleware environments.
· Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for middleware platforms, processes, and procedures.
· Collaboration: Working with developers, other administrators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and integration.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitoring server and system performance and taking action to optimize performance.
· Continuous Improvement: Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
· Dev Ops and Agile Practices: Aligning middleware operations with Dev Ops and Agile principles and contributing to automation of middleware-related tasks.
· Cloud Migration: Providing expertise and support for middleware platform migration to cloud environments.
Qualification: · Education qualification: Any Graduate
