Job OverviewThis is a full-time on-site position for a Procurement and Sourcing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials and products, negotiating contracts with suppliers, analyzing procurement data, and managing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Procure materials and products from various suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
- Analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure seamless product development
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating suppliers and procurement data
- Effective communication and contract negotiation skills
- Experience in procurement and sourcing activities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the fashion industry is highly desirable
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure.
