Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven fashion merchandising professional to manage relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, while contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements to ensure timely deliveries and product visibility.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.

Business Growth & Brand Development:

  • Develop merchandising strategies to drive sales growth for existing brands.
  • Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.

Onboarding & Partnerships:

  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with our company's vision.
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations with designers and multi-designer stores.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • Strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, especially with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
